The new excite (EXC3) fixed-output driver is available in non-dimmable and DALI-dimmable versions upon request. The dimmable version has a dimming range of 1%-100%. Both the flexC driver and the dimmable one4all driver are equipped with an NFC interface. Tridonic thus offers a complete NFC product portfolio for the retail industry, both in dimmable and non-dimmable versions. These are available as track-integrated solutions or in combination with the SC97 product.

In addition to enabling simultaneous programming of the entire package, NFC also allows for flexible adjustment of the output current. The dimmable version can also be adjusted via DALI. With a wide operating window of 100 mA to 1050 mA in output levels from 14 W to 38 W, the driver range meets a wide range of requirements.

The driver can be integrated directly into the luminaire or installed externally using a press-fit accessory. In the case of lumDATA, the dimmable driver also complies with the latest DALI-2 component requirements, making it suitable for expanded data usage in smart luminaires.
