These new MP-7070 LEDs are available in the 12V MP-7070-4600 series and the 36V MP 7070-T200 series, featuring anti-sulfurization coating technology for long-lasting lumen maintenance in outdoor industrial environments. With a rated drive power of approximately 8W, customers can use these products in ranges from 5W to 15W to maximize lm/W or lm/$ value, respectively.
The MP-7070 uses a 7×7mm square package with a 6.3mm diameter circular light-emitting surface (LES), offering excellent optical performance in both narrow-beam and wide-beam floodlight applications. While competing 7070 products use square LES, Luminus’s circular LES offer higher optical efficiency and an attractive beam shape, especially in narrow-beam optics systems. Furthermore, they are compatible with automated surface mount equipment and infrared reflow soldering processes, and comply with RoHS and REACH standards. The MP-7070 LED allows lighting engineers and designers to develop lighting solutions with the highest efficiency, brightness, and overall quality.
