Its high luminous density enables luminaire manufacturers to design fixtures with smaller apertures while simultaneously achieving narrow beam angles and exceptional axial luminous intensity-for instance, when paired with 28mm diameter optics, it delivers outstanding performance with a 10° beam angle and a luminous intensity exceeding 14,600 cd. For designers, this means luminaires can appear almost invisible within the ceiling, yet still deliver the visual impact required for accent lighting in high-end retail, hospitality, museum, and residential settings.
