This performance is achieved through an active-clamp flyback topology and planar transformer technology; the switching frequency is boosted to 132kHz, achieving a peak conversion efficiency of 92%. Higher efficiency directly reduces heat dissipation requirements. Under conditions of 230Vac input and 24V full load, the 150W model’s casing reaches a maximum temperature of only 61.2°C (at an ambient temperature of 25°C), allowing for natural air cooling without the need for additional heatsinks. The input side features 2kV/4kV differential/common-mode surge protection, complying with the IEC 61000-4-5 lightning surge standard. The output side integrates triple protection-overvoltage, short-circuit, and overload-entering “hiccup mode” during faults and automatically recovering once the issue is resolved. The entire series holds six certifications (CCC, UL, CB, CE, FCC, RoHS) and meets EN 55035/55032 Class B electromagnetic compatibility standards, allowing for direct use in EMI-sensitive applications like medical equipment and laboratory instruments without interfering with nearby precision devices.
