The Luminus Devices SBT-10X UV LED surface-mount series is based on Luminus’ latest 5th generation UV chip architecture.
Compared to previous generation UV LED chips, the 5th generation UV LED offers up to 5W/mm² output capability, achieving a 75% increase in energy density. Therefore, UV LEDs can drive system performance in demanding curing applications, including 3D printing, circuit board exposure, and maskless lithography, improving curing speed and production efficiency.

For nearly two decades, Luminus has continuously accumulated and developed ultra-high-density chip technology. The 5th generation UV-A series products are a continuation and development of this approach, providing excellent reliability even at twice the industry’s commonly used drive specifications. The SBT-10X UV LED is based on a compact 3.5mm x 3.5mm surface-mount design and offers a wide range of wavelengths including 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm, and 415nm, helping to better integrate into different application designs and maximize coupling efficiency.
